What time will you arrive?

 

For evening events, such as weddings or parties, I usually arrive to set up 90 minutes prior to my start time. This ensures I have plenty of time to load in, set up and soundcheck.

 

How long do you need to set up?

 

I request 90 minutes to load in, set up, and sound check. Lifts or stairs may increase load-in time.

 

How long will you perform for?

 

I am very flexible with my sets and can offer a wide variety of set lengths for evening and afternoon entertainment. 

*Please note that my finish time is 12am unless otherwise agreed.

 

What time should you start playing?

 

This is completely up to you, your chosen package and your schedule on the day. We can discuss this during the enquiry process.

 

Do you provide music between and before sets?

 

I can provide background music between my live sets. Feel free to make requests!

 

Will you require food and/or refreshments?

 

Yes please! If it's an all-day booking, i.e. 'Afternoon & Evening Package' or 'Deluxe Package', a meal and a soft drinks tab at the bar under the name ‘Band’ would be greatly appreciated.

 

Do you do requests and first dances?

 

Absolutely. For example, I can learn and perform your first dance for you, plus a further 3 requests.

 

Can you tailor your set to our musical taste?

 

Yes, I play a vast range of music ranging from pop and rock, through to Motown and soul. Every event is different, from weddings, parties to work dos and company events – I tailor my set to suit you. Feel free to request my full song list.

 

What kind of events do you cater to?

 

Weddings, parties, corporate dos - you name it!

 

Do you provide your own PA system / Lighting equipment?

 

Yes, I provide my own PA and lighting rig.

 

Do we need to hire a stage?

 

A stage is not a necessity, I perform at plenty of events without stages.

 

How much space do you require?

 

I am very accommodating when it comes to space and can fit into just about any room or marquee. For weddings and events in larger rooms, I request at least 5 meters in width and 2 meters in depth.

 

What are the minimum power requirements?

 

I require at least 2 independent 13 amp sockets. If your marquee company has requested details, please advise that my PA system and lighting use approximately 2.5 kw and a single 16 amp power supply is not sufficient.
